Chrysler's U.S. November sales rise 45% on strong car sales

Chrysler Group's U.S. auto sales rose 45 percent as the manufacturer said car sales more than doubled and truck sales posted a double-digit improvement, the Wall Street Journal said. The auto maker upgraded many of its current vehicles last year in hopes
of reviving sales and market share in the U.S., the Journal said. The improvements, as well as a broader recovery in the auto sector, have helped Chrysler report stronger monthly sales results for the past year and a half, the article said. Truck sales rose 29 percent from a year ago, while car sales more than doubled, the Journal said. Sales for the Dodge brand rose 43 percent, while sales for the Jeep® brand were up 50 percent, the article said.

Peanut Butter Pie
Mix together:
1 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup peanut butter
Form small crumbs. Line baked pie shell with crumbs. Pour in vanilla pudding. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle a few crumbs on top. May use either scratch vanilla or a mix.
Scratch Vanilla Pudding
3 cups milk, scalded
½ cup corn starch
1 1/3 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
T teas vanilla
3 egg yolks
1 cup cold milk
Mix cornstarch, sugar, egg yolks, salt, vanilla and cold milk in sauce pan. Pour in scalded milk. Cook, stirring constantly until thick. Remove from heat and let cool, then pour into a baked pie shell. Serve with whipped cream on top.
